Members of the White House Maitre'De staff go over final arrangements for a dinner in the Old Family Dining Room at the White House. President George W Bush is hosting a working dinner with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and Afghan President Hamid Karzai after a trilateral meeting in the Oval Office. Also attending the dinner are Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley and the ambassadors to Pakistan and Afganistan.
